This giclée print is a reproduction of my gouache painting 'Rural Hours’. Inspired by Virginia Woolf’s diary entries about the slow, contemplative pleasure of picking mushrooms in Sussex. So lovely to discover this more bucolic side to a writer I mostly associate with the squares of central London. A celebration of the slow life and solitude in nature, the mellow beauty of autumn - and the companionship of dogs!
